Major appearances

Aerial Assault debuted in A Glaring Rivalry!, where Ash was seen using it to capture a Lopunny and a Dusclops. It was subsequently used alongside a Pokémon Tool against Team Rocket’s balloon in A Glaring Rivalry!, where it was used to catch up to the balloon.

Multiple Aerial Assault users appeared in A Masked Warning!, as Mr. Mime’s team of Shadow Pokémon attacked a Team Flare Grunt and his Pokémon using these techniques.

Minor appearances

A female Aerodactyl appeared in The Tower of Mastery.

An Aerodactyl appeared in The Electric Tale of Pikachu manga and The Electric Tale of Pikachu short Pokémon Ranger and the Kidnapped Riolu!.
