I can. I’ve painted many things before (especially the big ones) but this is my first time to do what I’m thinking about doing here because the canvas is only 8-10 inches by 6-7 inches and so I need the paint all around the edges. I think I’m going to use the blackest brush I have as the paint that’s inside the painting will be all black.

I’m not sure about the amount of paint that is needed to cover a canvas?

We’re talking something like an inch to two inches.

What will you do with the painted canvas?

We’re talking about creating paintings that you can hang on a wall, or hang on display? I’m not really sure because I just want the colors. I know a few things I wanna paint, but I don’t know what kind of painting style I want to get. But I wanna look at it through my eyes and think what I would do and when I paint something, would it look the way I want to paint it? Or just try to make something out of it.

Is this something you want to do a lot?

It’s very tempting to try to do more than one thing at once. But if I had like a million ideas, I wouldn’t be able to get anything done at night, so I’m gonna get more done, one at a time. I’ve never been someone that works too fast, but I haven’t been trying to work too slowly.

So what’s the plan for the next week?

I’m gonna do the work I’m planning right now. There’s a bunch of little things that need getting done right now before I do the big thing. I know there’s more I have to get done because of the day I’m working on, but that’s the only big thing I have in mind right now. It’s pretty short now.

If there is one small detail you could work on in the next week, what would it be?

I’m sure I’m going to have to do something with the colors in the room or something to make the room a little more colorful and to make it a little more interesting.
