You can get Photoshop CS6 directly from Adobe:

Open “Photoshop CS6, Windows version”, select “Install (if it’s available), and then “Browse” to a location containing the package you have downloaded. Open the folder where Adobe CS6 is installed, the folder that contains the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS6\bin directory, and open the “Photoshop CS6.exe” file using Notepad.
