Can I create my own image of You?

No, unless you are using the official image that I have released and have permission from the owner of that image. The only authorised images that can be used are that released by me.

Can I show someone other than myself using my image?

No, unless they are wearing an image that has been released by me or if it is a special event that only I might be able to take part in. You are not allowed to use your picture in a promotional advertisement, for a shop, charity, book, or any other such commercial purpose.

What if someone thinks that their photograph has been used without my permission?

I wish to make one thing clear: I am in full control of the content of my images and I am not going to let you or anyone else take advantage of them. I want my images to be seen as proud memories that people can cherish and make the most of.
