What does the Getty Images License term cover?
The Getty Images License term covers the rights to use the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ If you wish to use material from the web (with a notice, for example), the license will cover up to three months from the date you receive the item from Getty Images, but will need to be renewed every six months.
The Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license is a one-time license, available for the life of a work, allowing you to: Copy and make derivative works of a work (including for commercial purposes). It does not grant you any rights to use the work in any way that might be construed as copyright infringement.
