Our Pet Shop can be very resourceful and we strive to provide a quality, knowledgeable customer service for all our customers. This enables us to offer our customers with the most convenient purchasing experience possible. We want our customers to feel comfortable about using our services by giving as much information about all products we carry. This helps us to become better customers as well as giving us a better understanding of your pet needs. How has your business changed since it opened the doors?

Our business became successful through word of mouth, we had lots of customers all over the world and we were always in the market for something new. It was just a matter of time before another shop got to us!

Why we love our jobs and why the job is important

Well our job is not just to give our customers a better quality pet shop, we are the experts in pet care and care for pets. While most pet shops have this responsibility on their hands we also have the pleasure of teaching and training our staff on how to properly care for their pets. The shop has many people participating and there is no reason to be dissatisfied or unhappy when you see their service.

We pride ourselves in helping our customers with the best care and we love to share all of our ideas with our customers. We love being a part of their lives and being their partner in pet care.

Do you have any pets?

We have a very small pet collection with two dogs and a cat and we are always looking for new pets. Unfortunately, we don’t have a lot of space for our pets. If you are interested in adopting a pet, please contact us before placing an order!

Do you have any special needs?

Pet care for cats does not always include shampoo and conditioner. We have a few pet lovers that have dogs and cats and they need special care and care are given to their pets to make sure they get the best care possible! Please let us know if you are interested in adopting a pet! We do not require a deposit in our shop.

How many pieces do you carry?

There are lots of different types of pet care products in our shop! Our customers would love us to carry all types of products including things like shampoo, conditioner, de-wormers and other products such as flea-net, pet food
